88mm framing clad with 9mm hardwood ply, plastic coated 0.5mm 200 micron sheet steel wall panels. External finish stressed leather texture B/S 12B21

White 12.5mm Dolomite design vinyl faced pre finished plasterboard with matching 40mm white H section joints. Creme 12.5mm design vinyl faced pre finished plasterboard wall boarding with complimenting 40mm creme H section board joints. 60mm cladding insulation roll to walls. 50mm chamfered brown skirting. Ceiling height 2210mm

150mm x 50mm timber ring beam. Joisting 90mm x 45mm C16, insulated with standard foil insulation barrier. Floor covering Beige 2mm gague heavy commercial welded vinyl with a 2.6kg/m sq wear layer

12ft to 24ft x 8ft Units – 60mm/70mm mild steel telescopic single pack sprayed in Olive Green B/S 12B27 satin finish.
