Bespoke 20ft x 8ft ISO  Container Office Conversion fully prepared and resprayed in 2K paint In Slate Grey colour. The ceiling has been treated with 20mm deep polyurethane anti condensation spray foam prior to the unit being framed out and we’ve also fully insulated ceiling and walls with 100mm loft roll 44. We’ve fitted a 100mm x 50mm box section frame to the side elevation to house the anthracite double glazed and grey tinted toughened glass UPVC window, this is the same as the large wall to wall, floor to ceiling main picture window to the end elevation of the unit. The floor has been fitted with a insulated backed oak vinyl click flooring, walls in traditional crème vinyl faced plasterboard and ceiling in white linen vinyl faced plasterboard all electrics with concealed wiring, electrics comprise a 32a appliance inlet in a concealed recessed protective metal housing, internally a 4 way Fusebox consumer unit, 6no spot lights, 2kw panel heater, over-sink hot water heater and 6no double sockets. This conversion has the benefit of a 1000mm base unit, stainless steel sink and tap and 40mm oak effect worktop. This unit can also be fitted with a staircase bracket if required, for siting on top of a standard 20ft ISO Container for £95+vat, Brand New 13 tread staircase and landing’s are also available for £1,995+vat.
