KNG72409 is a superb brand-new 20ft one-trip shipping container, professionally converted into a clean, insulated and electrically equipped storage or workshop unit.

Finished externally in white, the original container shell has achieved a BOXMARK rating of EXCELLENT — 86/99, providing an independently structured indication of the condition and specification of the one-trip container used as the basis of this conversion.

Internally, the container has been framed using 63mm CLS timber, with the walls and ceiling insulated using 100mm glass wool Loft Roll 44. The lining specification has been deliberately selected to create a practical, hard-wearing working and storage environment.

The two long walls are clad in 11mm OSB, providing a robust internal surface particularly well suited to workshop, equipment and general commercial storage use. The rear wall is finished in 12mm white-faced MFC, while the ceiling is lined in 12.5mm white linen-faced plasterboard, producing a much brighter and more finished interior than an unlined shipping container.

Full Electrical Installation

Mains power is supplied through a 32A appliance inlet, neatly recessed into the rear of the container within a protective external shroud. A 50mm-wide galvanised cable-management tray is also fitted, providing a secure and tidy fixing route for the incoming power cable.
