Built to specification in approx August 2022 this office unit has been on only one job and is in excellent condition internally and externally, offering comfortable work space for 4 to 6 persons. All Squadron units come pre wired for future proofing for the fitting of sink and base unit with over-sink water heater. Externally body is Goosewing Grey with Merlin grey fascia and trims, the 910mm Kirncroft entrance door is sprayed in “Burnt Orange” oversized Anthracite Grey UPVC double glazed grey tinted glazing, it is fitted with 80/90mm jumbo jack legs, external up/down lighting have also been fitted.
Internally there are ample double sockets & led lighting. The floor is welded heavy duty vinyl, Walls finished in Osaka and ceiling Linen white.
