Built to an overall size of 7200mm x 3000mm on 89/90 heavy duty jack legs, 0.7mm balanced external Goosewing grey wall boarding with contrasting Merlin Grey trims and corner capping, the steel insulated multi locking entrance door with triple glazed vision panel has been 2k undercoated and 2k top costed in gloss B/S 633 (RAF Blue/Grey colour) internally the unit has the benefit of a kitchenette leading off to a single toilet including wash hand basin and over sink water heater and heated by a 600mm tube heater and guard. The toilet door is pre finished oak FD30 44mm. This unit has being built with many additional options installed including an acoustic sound absorbing feature wall to main office, ring doorbell, external lighting, external double socket, all led internal lighting, premium Osaka internal wall boarding and premium linen white ceiling boarding, the main office area has a thermostatically controlled 2Kw panel heater fitted, the unit itself has a 40mm thick quilted under floor insulation, 100mm wall insulation and 150mm ceiling insulation, the unit has also been fitted with a Bluetooth integrated speaker system, USB charging points on the double socket in the kitchenette, and 3 part dado cable trunking in main office. HOW TO BUY | FOR RENTAL (or) HIRE PORTABLE BUILDINGS:

Buying a New or Pre-Used Portable Building:

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required prior to delivery for new or pre-used portable office buildings, anti-vandal cabins, shipping containers, or container conversions unless you have extensive trading history and are an account holder.

Ordering a Bespoke Portable Building or Shipping Container Conversion

Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 25%-40% of the total purchase value is required, depending on the customization level. The balance is due before delivery.

Equipment Hire for First-Time Customers:

• Payment Terms: Initial payment includes the HIAB Delivery Charge and the first 4 weeks’ rental in advance. Future rental payments should be made via standing order to secure the guaranteed hire rate. HIAB Collection Charges are billed at the end of the hire period based on the haulage contractor’s cost.

Equipment Hire for Existing Customers:

• Account Terms: Existing customers with good trading history can place orders via email with standard 30-day account terms.

HIAB TRANSPORT | CRANE ASSISTED TRANSPORT:

When ordering bespoke portable buildings, anti-vandal cabins, or container conversions, we arrange crane-assisted haulage (HIAB Haulage) for transportation locally or across the UK. The Creation of Our RENT-A-UNIT Portable Building Business

During the development of our new portable building business rent-a-unit, we aimed to create a sub-brand under the name Squadron® for the name of our highest specification units. We intentionally designed these units to resemble the larger size, overall standard shape, and general colour of the main body of a Portakabin® Titan® Portable Building. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a Titan is defined as “a person who is very important, powerful, strong, big, clever, etc? is that really the perception they intended for the Titan range? Let’s make one thing clear though. ContainerKing® is very happy to recognize the Portakabin® Titan® Jackleg Portable Building as an advanced and superb product that indeed sets the industry standard.

Our Perspective on Portakabin® Limited

At  ContainerKing® / rent-a-unit, we believe the Portakabin® Titan building product name as  described in the Cambridge Dictionary :  “very important, powerful, strong, big, and clever” probably better suits Portakabin® opinion of itself, which our personal view is an egotistical organization. Our experiences with Portakabin® lawyers and their general heavy handed bully boy practices against businesses who may have inadvertently misused their registered trademarks or indeed misunderstood trademark law? our experiences with Portakabin® have not been at all positive.

Defining Our Premium Squadron® Range

To define our premium range of Jackleg Portable Buildings, we drew inspiration from military themes, particularly from WWII, resulting in the name Squadron® which we believe is both fitting for the image we perceive for our premier range of portable accommodation and also a huge tribute to service personnel especially those who served King and country in WW2
